CheckSlicr Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CheckSlicr mobile application ("App") provided by
AYENSoft, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you ("user" or "you") agree to be
bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the App.

CheckSlicr is a mobile application that helps users split bills, calculate tips, and divide shared expenses among
groups. The App offers itemized splitting, even splitting, tip calculation, and other bill management features.

2.1 License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal
and non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

2.2 Age Restrictions: The App is intended for use by individuals above the age of 13. If you are under 13 years old,
you may use the App only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2.3 User Inputs: When using the App, you may provide certain inputs such as bill amounts, item details, and tip
preferences. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. We may collect and use this
information as described in our Privacy Policy.

3.1 App Ownership: The App and all its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, audio, and software,
are the intellectual property of AYENSoft, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

3.2 Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App for personal
and non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App or any
content therein without our prior written consent.

4.1 No Guarantees: The calculations and results provided by the App are based on the information you enter and are provided
for convenience only. We do not guarantee that the results will be error-free or suitable for your specific circumstances.

4.2 No Endorsement: The App may provide links to third-party websites or content. We do not endorse, control, or assume
responsibility for any third-party content accessed through the App. Your interactions with such third parties are at your
own risk.

5.1 No Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental,
special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, including but not
limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses.

5.2 No Responsibility: We shall not be responsible for any errors, inaccuracies, or interruptions in the App's operation
or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of the App.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time without prior notice or liability for any
reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms or suspected misuse of the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated
Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington state, without regard to its
conflict of laws provisions.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in
full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AYENSoft, LLC regarding your use of the App and supersede any
prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or representations.
