CheckSlicr Privacy Policy

AYENSoft, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the CheckSlicr mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

• Information We Collect:
• CheckSlicr is designed as a simple check-splitting utility and does not require user accounts.
  • No Account Required: You are not required to create an account or provide personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number.
  • User-Entered Data: Information you enter (such as bill amounts or split details) is used solely for app functionality and is not collected, stored, or transmitted by us.
  • Automatically Collected Data (Advertising): When advertising is enabled, certain non-personal information may be collected automatically by third-party services (see Section 4).


• How We Use Information:
• We use information only as necessary to operate and improve the App, including:
  • Performing bill-splitting calculations
  • Maintaining and improving app performance
  • Debugging and fixing issues
  We do not use your information to identify you personally.

  • To protect the rights, safety, and property of AYENSoft, LLC or others

• Advertising (Google AdMob):
• We may display advertisements in the App using Google AdMob, a mobile advertising service provided by Google LLC.
  
  AdMob may collect and use certain information to provide personalized or non-personalized ads, including:

  • Advertising identifiers (such as Apple’s IDFA, if permitted)
  • IP address (used for approximate location and fraud prevention)

• Data Security:
• We implement reasonable safeguards to protect the App. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.


• Children's Privacy:
• The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
  
  If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it.


• Third-Party Services:
